Totally Tasteless: The new Burger King ad that blows

Check out this ad introducing the latest Burger King Super Seven Incher!

I’m scratching my head at how this ad ever got past focus groups…that really does “blow” my mind away, blow up doll lookalike and all.

the new burger king ad that will blow your mind away

The New Burger King Ad

The ad reads:

“Fill your desire for something long, juicy and flame-grilled with the NEW BK SUPER SEVEN INCHER. Yearn for more after you taste the mind-blowing burger that comes with a single beef patty, topped with American cheese, crispy onions and the A1 Thick and Hearty Steak Sauce.”

Thoughts on what possibly possessed this supposedly family friendly fast food chain to push the envelope like this? Does anyone out there like this ad?

The Virtual Office- Work from anywhere
Image by Entrepreneur Goddess via Flickr

Those of you who have been following me online know I’ve been on another one of my workations (work + vacation). That’s right, I took business on the road. Again!

These last couple of weeks have been a good dose of vacation mixed in with some work at the virtual office. Workation is my ideal lifestyle and the main reason why self-employment works so well for me.

A few days ago I returned home and I am, once again, back and blogging from my home office.

Typically, the appropriate catchphrase for this moment would be: It’s back to the grind! But, back from the workation with a renewed sense of energy and purpose, I resolve to never again utter the phrase – It’s back to the grind!

Life, as well as business, is one giant labor of love and happiness. If you’re not feeling those vibes, it’s time to revaluate your purpose and lifestyle.
